Right of Withdrawal
Customers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- The return request must be submitted within the stated return period
Orlerion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Orlerion is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items returned without prior authorization
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Supporting evidence (photos or videos) may be required.
Once verified, Orlerion will provide, at no additional cost:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customers may still exercise their right of return after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined above.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking status indicates that the order has been delivered:
- Customers are advised to contact the shipping carrier directly
- Orlerion will assist by providing all relevant tracking and carrier information
